We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. Firearms must not have been fired, and all original paperwork must be included. Refunds will be issued once the return has been inspected.
After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. The amount will be credited to your original payment method.
Custom firearms, ammunition, and clearance items are non-returnable. Items that have been modified, fired, or damaged due to misuse are also not eligible for return.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and insuring the package to avoid potential loss.
Once a return is received, processing may take up to 5 business days. Refunds may take an additional 7-10 business days depending on your financial institution.
