At Glock4u, we are dedicated to providing fast, secure, and compliant shipping for all our products. Whether you are purchasing a Glock pistol, a tactical rifle, or ammunition, we ensure your order receives the care it deserves.
Shipping Timelines
We strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible:
- Processing Time: Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
- Firearms: Processing may take an additional 1-2 days to verify FFL information.
- Delivery Time: Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days, depending on your location.
Shipping Restrictions
1. Firearms Shipping
In accordance with federal law, firearms cannot be shipped directly to your home. All firearms, including semi-automatic pistols, bolt-action rifles, and shotguns, must be shipped to a licensed Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer.
- You must select a valid FFL dealer during checkout.
- We will verify the dealer's license before shipping.
- Adult signature is required upon delivery at the FFL location.

2. Ammunition Shipping
Ammunition orders are shipped via Ground shipping only due to federal transportation regulations. We cannot ship ammo to P.O. Boxes.
Restricted States: We cannot ship ammunition directly to customers in the following locations without specific documentation (such as an FFL or state permit):
- Alaska & Hawaii (No ground method available)
- California (Must ship to FFL)
- New York (Must ship to FFL or registered seller)
- Massachusetts, Illinois, New Jersey, Connecticut (Requires valid ID/Permit on file)
- Washington D.C.
3. Magazine Constraints
We strictly adhere to state laws regarding magazine capacity. We will not ship high-capacity magazines (typically >10 or >15 rounds) to states with bans, such as CA, CO, CT, DC, HI, IL, MA, MD, NJ, NY, RI, VT, and WA. If you order a prohibited magazine, it will be removed from your order.
Shipping Costs & Insurance
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order. We offer optional shipping insurance to protect your investment against loss or damage during transit. We highly recommend adding insurance for high-value items like tactical firearms and optics.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the status of your shipment. For firearm shipments, we recommend contacting your chosen FFL dealer once you see the package has been delivered to arrange your pickup.
International Shipping
Currently, Glock4u does not ship internationally. We only ship to the 50 United States and U.S. Territories (subject to specific product restrictions).
Returns & Damaged Shipments
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt (or upon inspection at your FFL for firearms). If you receive a damaged item, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours.
- Firearms: Once the transfer is completed by the FFL, the firearm is legally yours and cannot be returned to us. Inspect thoroughly before accepting the transfer.
- Accessories: Unused items like tactical vests or gun cleaning kits may be returned within 30 days.
