Welcome to Glock4u. By accessing our website and purchasing products such as handguns, rifles, or ammunition, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Legal Compliance & Eligibility

By placing an order on Glock4u, you certify that:

You are at least 18 years of age to purchase long guns and related ammunition, or at least 21 years of age to purchase handguns and handgun ammunition, in compliance with our Age Verification Policy.
You are not prohibited by federal, state, or local law from possessing firearms or ammunition.
You are the actual transferee/buyer of the firearm (no "straw purchases").

2. Firearm Sales & FFL Transfers

All firearm sales are final. Firearms must be shipped to a licensed Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer. It is your responsibility to:

Select a valid FFL dealer during checkout.
Arrange the transfer with the dealer and pay any applicable transfer fees.
Complete the required ATF Form 4473 and pass the NICS background check at the dealer's location.

3. Product Information & Pricing

We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images for all products, from Glock 19 pistols to AR-15 accessories. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are error-free. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel any order containing pricing errors or out-of-stock items.

4. Shipping Policy

We ship to all states where our products are legal to possess. However, certain restrictions apply:

Firearms: Shipped only to FFL dealers.
Ammunition: Cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes or certain jurisdictions (e.g., AK, HI, MA, CA, NY, IL, NJ, CT, DC) without meeting specific requirements.
Magazines: High-capacity magazines will not be shipped to states with capacity restrictions.

Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns & Cancellations

Firearms: Once a firearm is transferred to you by your FFL dealer, it cannot be returned to Glock4u. Any warranty issues must be handled directly with the manufacturer. If you are denied during the background check, the firearm may be returned, subject to restocking fees and return shipping costs.

Accessories: Unused accessories like tactical gear or gun safes may be returned within 30 days of purchase, subject to a restocking fee. Ammunition sales are final.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to use our products safely and responsibly. You acknowledge that firearms are dangerous if mishandled and agree to follow all safety guidelines. We recommend investing in proper cleaning kits and secure storage solutions.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Glock4u, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your use of this site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any firearm laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

Glock4u shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or services.

9. Privacy

Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state where Glock4u is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
